Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Product Manager role (or equivalent), preferably in healthcare, natural care and/or beauty industry.

Experience in market research including developing a deep understanding of customer usage, competitor products and market trends, and translating that knowledge into product positioning, roadmaps and requirements for new products and enhancements.
Experience in strategic, financial and pricing analysis.
Fluency with project management tools such as MS Project.
Experience in owning and managing projects, displaying strong leadership and facilitation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Position Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the revenue and profit of his/her product portfolio, including all product planning and release execution throughout the lifecycle of the product portfolio which includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining and prioritizing product releases, creating defensible business requirements, driving functional requirement definition; shepherding this through development and successfully launching new product releases. You will also serve as the internal and external voice for your product portfolio, working with the sales channel and key customers in a pre-sales support capacity, including delivery of targeted product demonstrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Drive product launches including working with product marketing, sales, support, executives, and other product management team members
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Develop and communicate business plans internally for new product proposals.
Provide pricing recommendations for new and existing products.
Work collaboratively with the production and marketing team to adjust priorities and clarify features.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan to successfully launch new products to current and new markets.
Develop Playbook for each product covering product description, how it works, target audience, Product Positioning, Value proposition, Features and benefits, Competitive analysis, Why and How to sell it as well as Pricing.
Help define the value proposition of the products for the sales team and help develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
Contribute to marketing programs that will drive awareness and demand for your products.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
