Minimum 6 months administrative or office experience.

Position Summary:
The Office Assistant position is responsible for assisting with the delivery of efficient and effective administration support services to enable AKAM Nature Care to meet its business objectives. This includes, but may not be limited to providing general administration support e.g. maintenance of records, registers, minute taking and distribution; assisting with reporting requirements with data input as advised as well as assisting with purchasing and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors to the office.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the office.
Collecting, scanning and distributing mail.
Scanning, printing, binding, photocopying, faxing
Assist with minutes taking and distribution at staff and case meetings at the departmental level.
Diary Management.
Assist HR Recruitment and induction materials.
Assist HR administrative duties.
Work hand-in-hand company cleaners and kitchen staff.
